Catalyst 9200Lがswitch:と表示され、configも取得できない

障害発生時の状態

コンソールケーブルを接続すると、下記のような状態に。

確認してみると、

どうやらブートローダープロンプトモードなるモードで起動しているようだが、

これも正常な状態ではなく、flash等も正常に読めない状態になっている。

対応

電源ケーブル抜いて電源を切断し、
全面のmodeスイッチを押しながら起動することで、正常な状態でブートローダープロンプトモードで起動させられた。

正常にブートローダープロンプトモードで起動すると、flashや挿したUSBの中身が確認できる。

この状態でIOSをブートさせ、今回は無事に復旧。
